Rolex did pioneering work on Electronic Energy Meters in India and successfully developed Single Phase static meters meeting rigid requirements of local utility boards and International Standards for Class 1.0 accuracy. As a result of constant innovations in the last few years, now we can prodly claim to have presence of these meters in India. Following the immense success of low cost, front end Single Phase Energy Meters, Rolex applied its expertise to development of intelligent, multi-functional higher and Electronic Meters with licensed dedicated chipsets from well known components manufacturer Analog Devices Inc.

Under his able leadership, a team of people with special talents, Expertise, vision, drive and commitment have created and nurtured an outstanding talent in the company specialized in planning, product design and development, production, quality assurance, testing analysis, techno counseling and customers relationship.

Our Infrastructure

Rolex Meters Private Limited is situated in a Prime Industrial Estate in the city of Hyderabad, India. Rolex has its manufacturing facilities in a built up area of 18000 Sqft. With an operation capacity of 15 Lacs Meter both Single Phase and Three Phase Meters per annum. We are equipped with 100% Test setup to conduct Routine & Acceptance Test in a dust proof air conditional environment as per relevant National and International Standrads. We are also equipped with Two fully automatic computerized test benches for calibration of meters with a capacity of 48 Meters each at a time.

We, RJP Technology Pvt Ltd introduce our self as a leading manufacturer of Ceiling Fans, BLDC Fans, Decorated fans, Pedestal Fans, Table Fans, and Wall fans as a Rolex brand.

We are having a manufacturing plant the area of 65000 Square foot with the latest technology and best quality control setup in Hyderabad.

Our manufacturing capacity is approximately 1.5 Lakes picas ceiling fans and TPW per month.

We are looking for an opportunity to join as a Manufacture supplier to OEM’s reg. I glad to inform you that we have the capacity to fulfill the required quantity in the given timeframe.

We pride ourselves on the quality and workmanship of each and every fan that we produce for our valued customers in India and abroad, With an extensive variety of fans ranging from ceiling and table to outdoors, pedestal, wall and exhaust, our wide range of models incorporate in powder coding and metallic finishing fans .we have in house R&D facility.

· Automatic stator winding plant with jabbers sequential surge analyzer for testing for stator

· Aluminum die-casting unit

· Conveyorised powder coating plant

· CNC Machining for fans covers

· Conveyorised assembly and testing with STR

· Testing lab as per IS-374-1979

· Fully automatic air delivery room with electronic controls and recasting

· Fully Automatic PCB manufacturing machinery for our BLDC fans.
